должен слушаться :) правило ведь русские устанавливали, не мы :) русские -тбиисШИ, тбилисТАН, тбилисиДАН, но обязательно в мцхеТА,а не ТЕ, возле мцхеТА, а не мцхеТЫ и т.д.
